We like curries, but we always seem to have the same curry time and again. This week we threw caution to the wind and went with something new (thanks to Gordon Ramsay).

TIME TO MAKE: Approximately an episode of 'The F Word'
- Heat oil in pan. Once hot, add onion & fry. Meanwhile de-seed and chop chillies, chop ginger and add to pan, crush in garlic and cook for 2 - 3 minutes to soften
- Add turmeric, garam masala and sugar, cook for 1 - 2 minutes
- Add chopped tomatoes and tomato paste, cook for a further 2 - 3 minutes
- Allow to cool for a few minutes before transferring to food processor. Blend until smooth
- Bring pan back up to heat, adding oil if needed. Add chicken pieces and fry until golden in colour
- Pour over sauce over chicken and allow to simmer for 10 minutes, till chicken is cooked through
- Stir in the yoghurt and chopped coriander leaves
- Serve on/with white rice
