A couple of nights ago rather than having rice with our lamb tagine we tried pearl couscous, it's a bit bigger than your standard run of the mill couscous (similar to tapioca or sago) adding an interesting texture to the plate.
I made a little too much pearl couscous (used the whole box), so it doubled as lunch the following day.

TIME TO MAKE: Approximately 3 Lady Gaga music videos
- 1 box Blu Gourmet Pearl Couscous
- 425g (tinned) Chickpeas
- Coriander Flakes
- Salt
- Pepper
- Tinned tuna
INSTRUCTIONS
- Cook couscous as per directions on box.
- When cooked (or almost cooked) stir through chickpeas.
- Add salt, pepper and coriander flakes to taste.
- Serve on plate or in bowl with tinned tuna of your choice (I used a tuna in oil)
