For the past two and a half years we have been living in a small bedsit; it has a kitchen, laundry and bathroom, but our bedroom, lounge and the Tiny Humans bedroom is all in one.
It's small, but has been both affordable/cheap and the right size for us, however it gets smaller and smaller as the Tiny Human becomes more mobile. The crawling skill has increased at an amazing rate (if you blink he's on the other side of the room), so we are currently using the washing hamper and footstool as a gate/barricade.
The lack of space is starting to drive me mad; no where to put anything, store anything or have anything. With our belongings and the ever growing collection of toys and Tiny Human essentials, I'm starting to feel like The Junk Lady from 'The Labyrinth'.
In a perfect world we would have been responsible; marry, save for a house and then have children. However, the world isn't perfect and babies sometimes just happen.
Hopefully our search for a new abode will bring something to us before the Tiny Human is in high school.
