I had survived winter without a cold or flu, that was until a few days ago when the Bearded One kindly passed his cold on to the Tiny Human and I.
Thankfully the Tiny Human hasn't been too badly affected, a little bit of a snotty nose, but otherwise not bad at all. I however have a sore red nose from blowing & wiping it so much and a throat that feels like it is being dragged over a grater every time I swallow.
Below is my preferred sore throat treatment, it's not rocket science but it normally does the trick. I would love to hear your method for treating winter illnesses in your household.
