- 4 Slices BreadMaker Bread
- 4 Eggs (Size 7)
- Milk
- Salt
- Pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
- Crack eggs into dish (to save on dishes use the dish you'll use for bread dipping) and quickly whisk with a fork.
- Season to taste with salt & pepper, and whisk in a splash of milk.
- Dip slice of bread in egg mixture (I use a glass pie dish), flip bread slice over so bread is fully covered with egg mixture.
- If bread is in egg mixture too long is will become soggy and possibly break apart before it reaches the pan. - Heat pan with your prefered oil, butter or lard.
- Cook egg covered bread slice on high. Flip when side is cooked (2 - 4mins).
- Repeat process with remaining bread slices.
- Serve by itself or with bacon & maple syrup or sprinkle with cinnamon.
TIME TO MAKE: Approximately 1.5 episodes of Matilda & the Ramsay Bunch
